Welcome to Big Drip Auto Spa, where we're dedicated to providing a convenient, dependable, and Drippin' Awesome car wash experience!

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of car wash services, Unlimited Scrub Club memberships, online purchases, promotional offers, gift cards, customer accounts, and related services provided by Big Drip Auto Spa.

"Big Drip Auto Spa," "Big Drip," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the applicable Big Drip Auto Spa operating entity and its authorized affiliates.

By purchasing or using our services, creating an online account, or enrolling in an Unlimited Scrub Club membership, you agree to these Terms, as applicable. Separate consent is required for promotional text messaging.

Please review these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. CAR WASH SERVICES

Big Drip Auto Spa provides automated express exterior car washing services at participating locations.

Available services may include exterior washing, protective waxes, ceramic and graphene applications, undercarriage rinses, and complimentary self-service cleaning amenities.

Services and equipment may vary by location.

While Big Drip strives to maintain high operational and safety standards, wash results may vary based on the condition, age, maintenance, and previous treatment of a vehicle.

Big Drip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify services due to inclement weather, maintenance, equipment failure, safety concerns, holidays, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices for individual washes, memberships, gift cards, and promotional offers are displayed at participating locations, through authorized online purchasing platforms, or on our website.

Prices are subject to change, subject to applicable law and any express pricing guarantees associated with a particular membership or promotion.

Applicable taxes and fees, if any, will be disclosed during the purchase process.

Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

By providing a valid payment method, customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Big Drip and its designated payment processors to process the applicable transactions.

Big Drip reserves the right to decline transactions that cannot be authorized or that are reasonably suspected of fraudulent activity.

3. UNLIMITED SCRUB CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

The Unlimited Scrub Club provides enrolled customers with access to recurring car wash services for a registered vehicle under the selected membership package.

A currently paid and active membership permits the registered vehicle to receive washes at participating Big Drip Auto Spa locations, subject to applicable restrictions and normal operating availability.

Membership Guidelines:

• Memberships are registered to specific vehicles.
• Each enrolled vehicle must have its own qualifying membership or be properly added to an eligible family or multi-vehicle plan.
• Membership identification may be managed using license plate recognition or another approved identification method.
• Memberships may not be shared between unrelated or unauthorized vehicles.
• Memberships are not intended for resale or unauthorized commercial use.
• Membership privileges are available only while the membership remains active and in good standing.
• Big Drip reserves the right to investigate and suspend fraudulent or unauthorized membership activity.

Members may receive additional benefits, discounts, or promotional offers subject to the terms of those programs.

4. AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL

UNLIMITED SCRUB CLUB MEMBERSHIPS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW MONTHLY UNTIL CANCELED.

By enrolling in a recurring membership and affirmatively accepting the recurring billing terms, you authorize Big Drip Auto Spa to charge your designated payment method for the disclosed monthly membership price, plus any applicable taxes and authorized fees.

Recurring charges will generally occur on the monthly anniversary of the original enrollment date, although billing dates may be adjusted for calendar limitations, failed payments, or authorized account changes.

Memberships do not require a long-term contract and may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

If payment is declined, Big Drip may attempt to process the authorized payment again, notify the customer, or suspend membership privileges until the account is brought current.

Big Drip will disclose recurring billing information, including the applicable regular monthly price and any introductory promotional period, before collecting the customer's authorization.

5. PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED MEMBERSHIPS

Big Drip Auto Spa may offer introductory membership pricing, Founders Club memberships, family plans, military discounts, law enforcement discounts, and other promotional programs.

Eligibility requirements and promotional conditions may vary.

Introductory Pricing

If a membership is purchased at a discounted introductory rate, the discounted price applies only for the period expressly disclosed at enrollment.

After the introductory period ends, the membership automatically renews at the disclosed regular monthly price unless the customer cancels before the applicable renewal.

Founders Club Memberships

Qualifying Founders Club members may receive special membership pricing subject to the original terms of the Founders Club promotion.

Any advertised locked-in pricing will be honored in accordance with the terms under which the customer enrolled, provided the membership continues to satisfy those terms.

Cancellation, expiration, or a change in membership eligibility may affect access to promotional pricing as disclosed in the applicable offer.

Family and Multi-Vehicle Memberships

Eligible customers may add additional vehicles to qualifying memberships at the advertised additional-vehicle rate.

Additional vehicle charges may be prorated during initial enrollment.

Each additional vehicle must be registered and authorized under the applicable account.

All family or multi-vehicle memberships are subject to program eligibility rules and the terms disclosed at enrollment.

6. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel their Unlimited Scrub Club memberships at any time.

Select the designated customer account or membership management option to access our secure online customer portal.

Customers may also request assistance at a participating Big Drip Auto Spa location.

We recommend submitting cancellation requests at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to help avoid processing delays.

A cancellation is effective when successfully processed. Customers should retain their cancellation confirmation.

If a cancellation is successfully completed before the next renewal charge is processed, the membership will not renew for the following billing period.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of charges already processed.

Membership benefits generally remain available through the end of the current paid billing period.

Simply discontinuing use of the car wash, removing a vehicle from service, selling a vehicle, or failing to update a payment method does not automatically cancel a membership.

7. REFUNDS AND BILLING DISPUTES

Monthly membership fees generally are nonrefundable once processed.

No automatic refunds or credits are provided for unused washes, partial billing periods, weather-related closures, or temporary service interruptions.

Big Drip may evaluate refund requests individually, including billing errors, duplicate transactions, unused membership periods, or other circumstances that warrant consideration.

Any discretionary refund or account credit will be determined by Big Drip management, subject to applicable law.

Customers who identify billing errors are encouraged to contact Big Drip as promptly as possible so the matter can be investigated and resolved.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer's rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION

Big Drip Auto Spa uses license plate recognition and other approved vehicle identification technologies to provide convenient membership access and help prevent unauthorized use.

By enrolling a vehicle in the Unlimited Scrub Club, customers authorize Big Drip to collect, maintain, and use vehicle identification information for membership administration, account management, access verification, fraud prevention, and related business operations.

Customers are responsible for keeping registered vehicle information current.

When replacing, selling, or transferring a registered vehicle, customers should update their account information before attempting to use membership benefits with another vehicle.

Temporary vehicle changes, including rental vehicles, may be accommodated when authorized by Big Drip.

Unauthorized sharing or misuse of membership identification may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

9. VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

For the safety of customers, employees, vehicles, and equipment, all vehicles must meet Big Drip's operating requirements.

Maximum Vehicle Height: 7 feet, 2 inches (86 inches).

Vehicle eligibility also depends on width, ground clearance, wheel configuration, aftermarket modifications, and the ability to safely navigate the automated conveyor system.

Big Drip does not accept dual rear wheel (dually) trucks.

Other vehicles may be restricted based on equipment limitations or safety concerns, including vehicles with:

• Excessive width or inadequate ground clearance.
• Oversized or improperly secured accessories.
• Roof-mounted racks or equipment that interfere with the wash.
• Loose exterior components or damaged body panels.
• Modifications that interfere with conveyor operation.
• Mechanical conditions that prevent safe operation through the wash.

Big Drip reserves the right to refuse any vehicle that management or employees reasonably determine cannot be safely accommodated.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND SAFETY

Customers must follow posted signs, safety instructions, and directions provided by Big Drip employees.

Before entering the wash, customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• All windows, doors, sunroofs, and convertible tops are completely closed.
• Loose or detachable exterior accessories are removed or properly secured.
• The vehicle is mechanically capable of safely traveling through the wash.
• Any special vehicle conditions are disclosed to the attendant.
• The vehicle is placed in the correct gear and braking configuration when instructed.
• Steering, braking, and other vehicle controls are operated only as directed.
• Passengers remain safely inside the vehicle during the automated washing process unless otherwise directed.

Customers must immediately notify an attendant if they experience a mechanical or safety concern.

Failure to follow posted procedures or employee instructions may result in damage, injury, or interruption of services.

11. VEHICLE DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

Big Drip Auto Spa is committed to exercising reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of its facilities and equipment.

However, automated vehicle washing involves mechanical equipment and physical interaction with a vehicle.

Big Drip is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, defective or improperly secured vehicle components, unauthorized vehicle modifications, mechanical failure unrelated to the wash, or customer negligence, except to the extent responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

Conditions that may create an increased risk of damage include:

• Pre-existing scratches, dents, cracks, and paint damage.
• Loose or damaged trim, molding, and body panels.
• Aftermarket accessories or improperly installed components.
• Windshield wipers and wiper assemblies that are already worn, damaged, or insecure.
• Cracked or chipped glass.
• Loose mirrors, antennas, and exterior attachments.
• Running boards, spoilers, roof racks, and other projecting components.
• Wheel covers, center caps, emblems, and decorative accessories.
• Unsecured license plates or frames.
• Loose protective films, vehicle wraps, decals, or improperly applied finishes.
• Inadequate vehicle ground clearance.
• Customer failure to follow conveyor or attendant instructions.

The presence of an item on this list does not automatically establish the cause of damage or eliminate any responsibility imposed by law.

Big Drip will investigate reported incidents based on the available evidence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. INCIDENT REPORTING

Customers should report any suspected vehicle damage, equipment malfunction, or safety incident to a Big Drip employee or management representative as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may be asked to provide their name, contact information, vehicle information, license plate, date and time of service, photographs, and a description of the incident.

Big Drip may review security camera footage, transaction records, equipment information, employee statements, and other relevant materials.

The filing or investigation of an incident report does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.

Each incident will be evaluated individually.

13. COMPLIMENTARY CUSTOMER AMENITIES

Participating Big Drip locations may offer complimentary self-service amenities, including vacuums, compressed air, glass cleaner, multipurpose cleaner, air freshener, microfiber towels, and floor mat cleaning equipment.

Amenities are provided for customer convenience and must be used according to posted instructions.

Customers are responsible for the proper and safe use of self-service equipment.

Big Drip reserves the right to restrict access to amenities due to misuse, maintenance, availability, or safety concerns.

14. ONLINE PURCHASES, GIFT CARDS, AND PROMOTIONS

Big Drip may offer washes, memberships, gift cards, prepaid services, promotional vouchers, rewards, and other products through its website or authorized purchasing platforms.

Offers are subject to the specific terms disclosed at purchase or issuance.

Promotions may have restrictions related to expiration dates, eligible vehicles, redemption frequency, participating locations, or availability.

Promotional codes and vouchers have no cash value unless otherwise expressly stated or required by law.

Gift cards are subject to applicable state and federal laws regarding expiration dates, fees, and redemption.

Big Drip reserves the right to reject fraudulent, duplicated, altered, or unauthorized promotional redemptions.

15. REWARDS AND REFERRAL PROGRAMS

Big Drip may offer customer loyalty programs, rewards, referral incentives, promotional credits, or other customer appreciation benefits.

Participation is subject to the specific rules and eligibility requirements of the applicable program.

Rewards and promotional benefits generally are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred unless expressly permitted.

Big Drip may modify or discontinue rewards programs prospectively, subject to applicable law and any rights already earned under the published program terms.

16. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND DIGITAL SERVICES

Big Drip provides online tools that may allow customers to manage memberships, vehicle information, payment methods, transaction histories, promotional offers, and communication preferences.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to their accounts.

Big Drip may use authorized technology and payment service providers to administer these services.

Online services may periodically be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, network disruptions, or other technical conditions.

17. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Big Drip may provide electronic communications related to purchases, membership accounts, billing, service updates, customer support, and other legitimate business activities.

Communications may be sent by email, text message, or through authorized customer account services, as permitted by applicable law.

Marketing text messages are subject to separate consent requirements and our SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions.

Customers may unsubscribe from marketing emails and withdraw applicable messaging consent without canceling their car wash membership.

18. PRIVACY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Big Drip collects and processes information reasonably necessary to operate its services, administer memberships, process payments, verify vehicles, provide customer assistance, and communicate with customers.

Authorized third-party service providers may process information on Big Drip's behalf for legitimate business purposes.

19. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE

Big Drip reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for legitimate safety, security, operational, or policy-related reasons.

These reasons may include threatening or abusive behavior, fraud, membership misuse, damage to property, violation of safety requirements, or unauthorized use of services.

Big Drip does not refuse services for unlawfully discriminatory reasons.

20. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Big Drip Auto Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, unavailability of online services, or other circumstances for which Big Drip is not legally responsible.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for conduct for which such limitations are unenforceable.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, except where controlling federal law or other applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are encouraged to contact Big Drip directly regarding concerns or disputes so we may attempt to resolve matters promptly and fairly.

Any legal proceedings shall be handled by courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.

22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Big Drip may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, operating procedures, customer programs, technology, or applicable law.

Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

When required by applicable law or an existing membership agreement, Big Drip will provide notice of material changes, including changes affecting recurring billing obligations.
